What We're Looking For In You!

2-5 Years of Sales and/or Sales Management - REQUIRED
(Home Improvement Sales Experience a Plus!) - Build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful Sales Team
- Effectively Ride with new Sales Rep's
- Set/exceed objectives of Sales Team performance
- Achieve Territory Sales objectives with sales goals, performance data, and forecasts
- Proven record of sales success from planning to closing
with proven track record of meeting sales objectives - Ability to work evenings, light Saturday and travel a MUST
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring and Training Sales Team
- Identify issues and offer constructive feedback to grow Team Members forward
- Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance
- Ensure quotas are met/exceeded by hold daily check-ins
- Manage team reporting processes

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
